Day 1: Transfer to Nyungwe

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Kigali, and together, you’ll embark on a scenic drive southward to Nyungwe Forest National Park. Enjoy the picturesque views of rolling hills and traditional homesteads along the way. Make stopovers in Butare to visit the National Museum and the King’s Palace in Nyanza. Have lunch en route and continue to Nyungwe Forest National Park. Check in at your chosen accommodation and, in the evening, embark on a nature walk to explore the park and immerse yourself in its tranquillity.
